    How do I employ Azure Virtual Assistant Services?
    Azure Virtual Assistant Services can be contacted through email, telephone or fax, contact us here. After consulting with our Virtual Assistant to determine your exact needs, a contract outlining the services and fees is prepared. Next, you sit back and relax knowing we are doing our very best for you.

    How do I communicate and provide the work material to my VA?
    Azure Virtual Assistant Services operates from our offices in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Communication with you will be through the internet (email, instant messaging, web conferencing and the like), telephone or fax. For clients located in Winnipeg, personal meetings are available.

    Hands-on and hard-copy work can be sent through Canada Post, courier or if located in Winnipeg, picked up and dropped off. Mrs. Azure-Townsend is also available to do filing and in-office work for Winnipeg businesses. Electronic files can be sent through email or located on a secure server accessible only to Azure Virtual Assistant Services and you, our client.

    Any documents that you require back will be returned to you in the same manner.

    How safe is my information that I give to my VA?
    Azure Virtual Assistant Services prides itself on being professional in all manner of business. We will not share, copy, or disclose in any way, your private information or trade secrets. All of this is set out in the Contract Agreement before the work is started. Further, any sub-contractors that Azure Virtual Assistant Services uses are required to sign an agreement stating the same.

    We do our best to ensure internet safety, file protection and hard copy security. Some ways we secure your information is through encryption, anti-virus and anti-spyware software and always shredding paper copy.

    Any personal information is handled as required by The Federal Privacy Act of Canada.

    How do I pay my invoice?
    We accept company cheques sent directly to our office. E-cheques and credit cards are accepted through paypal.ca. We are also willing to barter for services, send us an email to find out more.
